Kumasi TIENS Contingent returns from international trip

This is one of the rare messages shared to an audience in an MLM training session. It was one of the points shared by Mr Prince Boadi during the destination event at Ofoase Kokoben in the Ashanti Region of Ghana for the TIENS Group. 

Many people have joined several MLM companies and have left for various reasons. Mr Boadi didn't miss words when he asked the teaming participants in the hall, "Do you know why you are here" Most people come into the MLM industry with a salary mentality and that becomes their undoing.

Of course, my aim is not to provide verbatim what was taught, but to share with you what I learnt and the lessons I picked up.

First of all, what you must understand, pack up and take away this moment is that, the MLM industry aims at delivering what is known as "financial freedom" and "time freedom"

This does not come easily, it is like digging deep into the earth to plant a foundation for the construction of a sky scrapper. In the end, it won't fail, however, the patience and the ability to withstand the terrain is what differentiates successful MLM professionals from those who fail or who are not able to make it

Attrition rate is what is used to describe a quantification of how people leave your team.

Averagely, you could experience up to 90% attrition rate, and you should not be surprised. If you are not told this bitter truth, it will shock you when it happens.

At that point, what keeps you going is your resolve on your assignment. What do you seek to achieve in your MLM company, and in my case, TIENS Group? Many are the successful stories of great feats achieved by people who have come from backgrounds that would not fly in the corporate world.

These people came to TIENS with an assignment up their sleeves, they came with something to achieve, they came with an end goal in mind. This is what drove them to their eventual achievement.

As you read this, set up your assignment if you don't have any. Peg it in a realistic manner and make a resolve not to leave it no matter what.

That way, you keep going until you arrive. Being the second day of the week with so much to achieve, I will leave you here. Today, the world celebrates Tobi Amusan for an achievement that lasted a few seconds, but it took several years of hard work, and that is exactly what we must do.
