Keeping it simple - Why make it hard? Maxwell Okyere

Imagine being told to recruit a hundred people the very day you set foot into a network business! Imaging being told to execute the herculean task of recruiting 1000 people, even if you were given a lifetime to do so, the mere mention of the numbers would scare anyone.

Even though this easily gets done with time, it is better to keep work simple and in a duplicable way so that in the end a lot is accomplished without seeing the huge mountain but taking it step by step.

This is how it looked like when Mr Maxwell Okyere engaged lecturers of the TIENS Group in a three day training program at the prestigious Pentecost Convention Center....

Mr Maxwell Okyere, the Head of Training of the TIENS Group has reiterated the need to keep business simple and duplicable. According to the experienced network marketing professional, 99 out of every 100 network businesses fail because leaders continue to impress upon their partners to to the "hard work".

Mr Okyere was speaking to a team of lecturers of the TIENS Group at a Trainer of Trainers Conference for the certified and non-certified lecturers.

Network marketing has been tagged as the most misunderstood business, as though that is not enough, many people who come into the industry are told to to the hard work of recruiting many people into their teams. This hurdle becomes so hard that many leave in exasperation as they are simply unable to meet the target of recruiting many people.

Attendants to the seminar who listened attentively responded with a rapturous applause as they appreciated the workability of keeping the business simple thereby making it easy to be duplicated.

Mr Okyere further stressed that, once work is made simple, then it is easily duplicable, and once it is duplicable, others can carry on. As this chain of activity continuous, the business grows and the teams easily become enlarged.

The program which was held at the Pentecost Convention Center also saw the Managing Director of the Ghana market, Mrs Lisa Lee paying a visit to the attendants.

I shall let you in more on happenings at the conference in my next post
